Those who disagree with a traffic fine could see the flash photo through internet as of the summer. Thus the offender could check if the fine is justified or not.

The fine must be based on a violation that is recorded by a camera, writes De Telegraph. It is not only applied to photograph of speeding but also through red light, not hands-free or not wearing seat belts.

The prosecution is still working to set up the website.
