Englishman received huge slipper from Chinese company

An English man ordered a slipper for his big left foot from a Chinese company, but he was shocked to see the product when he received it. Instead of a shoe in size 49.5, he got one of over two meters, reported by the British newspaper the Telegraph.

The Chinese company had made a mistake and made the shoe in size 1450 instead of the British size of 14.5.

The 27-year-old man Tom Boddingham always wears customized footwear, because his left foot is in face two sizes larger than his right one. “I am the owner of the largest slipper in the world,” said Boddingham.

He is going to sell the slipper on the Internet.

The company has apologized and promised to send him a new shoe in the right size.
