Chinese man captured ‘hands on breast’ while speed driving

A photo recently captured by traffic surveillance camera showing a speed-driving man with his hands on a woman’s breast has been a big hit on the internet.

The photo showed the man was driving over the speed limit on a highway in Sichuan Province. He was holding the wheel with one hand and the other hand was on the beast of the woman sitting next to him.

The police have launched an investigation to look for the person who leaked the photo. The driver has been given a fine of 12 euro.
