Wassenaar is a small and quiet town in the Western Netherlands, in the province of South Holland. As a fairly affluent suburb of The Hague, the political center of the Netherlands, Wassenaar lies 10 km north of the city and near the North Sea coast. It is part of the Haaglanden region. The beauty of the town attracts a huge number of wealthy people who chose this small town as their permanent residence.
