Employees have been more frequently sick last year than the previous year. Especially absence due to psychological reasons increased, according to a published analysis from 365/ArboNed, based on one million employees.

The average absence was 4.5 percent in 2011, which is more than the 4.3 percent in the previous year. In the first half of 2011, the absence was higher than the six month in the second half.
