Entrepreneurs’ business confidence has improved from -3.3 to -0.5 in September compared to the previous month.

Entrepreneurs now think more optimistically about the future than a few months ago. It is the first rise in business confidence in this half year.

Entrepreneurs judged more positively about their order books, stocks and the expected output in the next 3 months. However they remained to be pessimistic about future employment in their industry.
