The British telecom Vodafone will provide TV service in the Netherlands. The telecom giant will use the networks of KPN and Reggefiber.
A spokesman of Vodafone confirmed the news on Monday. Vodafone will start the operation in nine cities. In October, it will be expanded that 768,000 households will have a fast connection to the network.
With the television service, the boundaries between mobile internet, fixed internet and television continue to be blurred. Telecom companies will eventually be active in all areas.
